CHANCE BOT. SETUP

Timers, work modes, and how invite/letter texts rotate.

Chance Bot timers: chat and letters frequency

UI examples: timers and the mode switcher.

Timers

Chat and Letter timers define how often candidates are added to Chance.

Modes

Choose Lite for manual control or Hard for a deeper automated workflow.

Text rotation

The bot rotates invite/letter texts and can avoid repeats per client.

1) Before starting the bot, set the mailing timers

Chat and Letter have separate timers. They control the interval of adding candidates (site clients) to Chance.

Example: if you set the Chat timer to 10 minutes, the bot will add clients to Chance once every 10 minutes.

2) Choose a work mode: Lite or Hard

There are only two modes: Lite and Hard.

Lite (Лайт)

Lite mode gives you more precise control over the mailing.

  • Set your working profiles online.
  • Enable the Invite and Letter texts you want to use (as you usually do).
  • You can enable several invites and letters to work with clients more diversely (for example: 4 invites and 3 letters).

How the bot works in Lite:

  • It takes the newest text from the selected list and sends it to candidates.
  • After the chosen interval (for example: 20 minutes) it switches to the next invite/letter and sends it.
  • It repeats this cycle in a loop.

After selecting the texts, press “Start”. The mailing will begin automatically in a few minutes.

Hard (Хард)

In Hard mode, candidates are processed deeper.

  • Set the intervals (timers), set profiles online, and press “Start”.
  • The bot will enable ALL Invite and ALL Letter texts in your profiles.
  • Hard mode uses all of your invite and letter texts.

How the bot works in Hard:

  • It sends the newest text, then rotates through the next ones in a loop.
  • It can also pick a text per client: if the client already received an invite/letter, the bot sends one they haven’t received yet.

IMPORTANT: if there are no texts left that the client hasn’t received, the client will be skipped and the queue will move on.

IMPORTANT when switching modes

When switching Lite ↔ Hard, do the following:

  1. Stop the bot.
  2. Switch the mode (Lite/Hard).
  3. Set profiles offline.
  4. Turn profiles back online and start the bot.

AUTORESPONDER

How to configure automatic invite replies, photos, and rotation rules.

1) Open Invites and choose a reply category

✅ Open the Invites tab and choose a reply category (Like / View / Wink / …).

Choose who you are setting invites for:

  • 💌 Global — a shared set for all profiles.
  • A specific profile in the list — an individual set.

2) Save the invite text

Enter the invite text (up to 300 characters) and press “+” — the invite will be saved in the list.

3) Add a photo when needed

💌 A photo for an invite is available only for individual replies: press 📷, choose a photo, and if needed enable “pic first” (send the photo first).

UI examples: a global reply category and an individual reply with photo + “pic first”.

Templates and saved invite texts
Global and personal sets

Keep shared texts in Global, and use a personal profile only when that reply needs its own wording or photo.

Sending photo before text in a personal reply
Photo only in profile reply

The 📷 button works for an individual profile reply. There you can add the image itself and decide whether “pic first” is needed.

Safe sending logic and repeat protection
Repeat protection

Photo goes only to an empty chat, and the 2-minute distance prevents the bot from sending too close to the previous message.

Rotation and sending rules

  • Each category can store several invites. They are shown as a list.
  • If the client has already received a similar invite, the next one in the queue is used.
  • If the text does not fit, the bot sends a like when possible.

⚠️❗️ A photo is sent only to an empty chat (if you have not written yet). So the photo is not duplicated: after ❤️ Like and then 😉 Wink, the second time only the text will be sent.

When several templates per profile are useful

If you used the same invite in a personal reply that was already used on another working profile, only in that case several templates per profile may help. The bot will automatically search for a text that has not yet been sent to the client. Still, it is better to keep a separate reply style for each working profile.

2-minute interval

When the mode is enabled, the bot checks messages. If the client received a message from you less than 2 minutes ago, the bot will ignore that client and will not send anything.
